Why choose the Husqvarna Automower® 312V?
The 312V takes the same straightforward wire-free approach as the 308V but gives you more capacity for larger domestic gardens and multi-zone lawns. Virtual boundaries are managed in Automower® Connect, while the built-in AI camera helps the mower detect and avoid common objects.

Wire-free installation
The 312V creates virtual work areas and stay-out zones using satellite positioning. The standard cloud-based setup requires reliable Wi-Fi coverage across the lawn and the free Automower® Connect app. Where coverage is poor, alternative connectivity or a compatible reference station may be more suitable.
AI vision and obstacle avoidance
The integrated camera identifies common objects and helps the mower navigate around them. It can also support coverage in weaker satellite areas where the mower can still recognise usable grass.
Choose your lawn finish
Systematic mowing can create stripes, checkerboard or triangular patterns across lawns up to 1,200 m². Irregular mowing is available for a softer finish across areas up to 800 m².

312V FAQs
Does the 312V need a boundary wire?
No physical perimeter wire is needed for the standard virtual installation.
Do I need Wi-Fi across the garden?
Yes for the standard cloud-based wire-free setup. Other connectivity options may be available where Wi-Fi coverage is unsuitable.
How does it differ from the 308V?
The biggest difference is capacity: the 312V is designed for lawns up to 1,200 m² rather than 800 m², while retaining the same core wire-free and AI-vision approach.
Will the AI features work in darkness?
The mower can still operate after dark, but camera-supported object avoidance and vision-assisted navigation depend on suitable light.
