These terms apply to purchases made through RobotMowerShop.com. Robot Mower Shop is operated by H&L Ventures Limited, company number 10629767, with a business address at Five Oaks Farm, Sheriffs Lench, Alcester, WR11 4SN, United Kingdom.

About our store

We sell robotic lawn mowers, related accessories, parts and associated products. References to “we”, “us” or “Robot Mower Shop” mean H&L Ventures Limited trading as Robot Mower Shop.

Products and suitability

We aim to describe products accurately and provide practical guidance about lawn capacity, slope limits, positioning technology and compatibility. Manufacturer specifications are based on stated test conditions and actual performance can vary with the lawn, terrain, grass growth, connectivity, satellite visibility and installation.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, contact us before ordering. Our guidance does not replace manufacturer safety instructions or installation requirements.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where applicable, displayed consumer prices include VAT. The price payable is the price shown when you place the order, together with any delivery charge shown at checkout.

An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock problem or other legitimate reason; any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Delivery page. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them.

Cancellations and returns

Consumer cancellation and return rights are explained on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wire-free and connected products

Some robot mowers depend on Wi-Fi, mobile connectivity, satellite correction data, manufacturer apps or reference stations. Suitability depends on the model and site. Third-party or manufacturer services can change over time and may have separate terms.

Installation and other services

If you separately purchase installation, survey, servicing or another service, additional service-specific terms or agreed scope may apply. Any material additional terms will be made clear before the service is supplied.

Warranty and faults

Manufacturer warranty arrangements are additional to your statutory rights and do not replace them. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us first so we can help identify the correct support, repair or warranty route.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and rights available under applicable law.
