A cleaner edge with less manual trimming
EdgeCut adds a dedicated rear cutting disc that reaches closer to borders. It will not remove every last bit of hand trimming around walls and awkward corners, but it can noticeably reduce the job.
Flexible wire-free mapping
Create separate work areas, different mowing settings and temporary stay-out zones in Automower® Connect. The layout can be changed later without digging up perimeter wire.
Physical-wire support where useful
The 310E NERA can also use a physical boundary wire in selected areas, which is useful where buildings, dense trees or other obstacles make satellite reception difficult.
Choose the finish
Systematic mowing can create stripes, checkerboard or triangular patterns over lawns up to 1,500 m². Irregular mowing is available up to 1,000 m².

310E NERA FAQs
How does it differ from the 410VE NERA?
The 310E has the same 1,500 m² systematic capacity and EdgeCut concept, but the 410VE adds advanced AI vision, cellular connectivity and GPS theft tracking.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
The standard cloud-based virtual installation requires reliable Wi-Fi across the work area. Other connectivity or reference-station options may suit sites with weak coverage.
Does it have object detection?
No camera or radar-based detection is fitted, so keeping loose objects off the lawn remains good practice.
