How the EPOS correction signal works
The 540 EPOS uses satellite-based virtual boundaries rather than a perimeter wire. Where the site has a constant mobile-network connection, correction data can be received through the Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost. If cellular coverage is limited, an EPOS® RS5 or EPOS® RS 4G reference station is required.
Professional fleet control
Husqvarna Fleet Services™ lets operators monitor, control and analyse one mower or an entire fleet from a phone, tablet or computer. Work areas can use individual schedules, cutting heights and mowing patterns, while temporary stay-out zones can be added for events, repairs or ground works.
Built for uptime
A quick-release cutting disc, spring-loaded floating cutting system, IPX5 hose-washable body and dedicated maintenance point are designed to make routine servicing quicker and reduce downtime.

Does it need a physical boundary wire?
No. EPOS® uses satellite-based virtual boundaries, work areas and transport paths.
Is a reference station always required?
No. Constant cellular coverage can allow correction data through the Husqvarna Cloud. Sites with limited mobile coverage need a compatible EPOS® reference station.
Does it include AI vision?
No. Radar object detection is standard. AI-assisted vision is available as an optional accessory.
What is the difference between Standard 48 and Sports 24 capacity?
The operating profile changes how intensively the mower is expected to maintain the turf. Standard 48 allows up to 8,000 m², while the higher-intensity Sports 24 profile is rated up to 4,000 m².
