EdgeCut + AI vision
The extra EdgeCut disc reaches closer to borders, reducing the amount of manual trimming left behind. At the front, the camera uses AI to identify common objects and react according to what it detects rather than simply relying on contact sensors.
Night-time obstacle awareness
Infrared illumination allows the vision system to continue recognising obstacles and considering nocturnal wildlife during night-time mowing.
Wire-free installation
Virtual work areas and stay-out zones are created in Automower® Connect. The standard setup requires Wi-Fi or cellular coverage across the lawn. Where coverage is unavailable, a compatible EPOS® reference station can provide an alternative correction signal.
Lawn finish and zone control
Systematic mowing can create stripes, checkerboard or triangular patterns across up to 900 m². Irregular mowing is available up to 600 m². Separate work areas can use different schedules, cutting heights and operating rules.
